List of PDA residents will be replenished by small business representatives in Bashkiria
UFA, 14 April 2017. /Bashinform News Agency, Galina Bakhshieva/.
In Bashkortostan, the list of residents of the priority development areas (PDA) in the near future will be supplemented by representatives of small business. This was stated during a live broadcast by the Head of the Republic Rustem Khamitov.
Currently, the investment in the project should amount to about 5 million rubles in order to obtain a status of the PDA resident and tax privileges envisaged for it. The number of employees employed in the new production facility must be at least 20 people.
"I made a proposal to lower this threshold. Investments should be 2.5 million rubles, and the number of employees at an enterprise is reduced to 10 people in order to make it feasible for a small entrepreneur to create such an enterprise and receive these benefits,” said Rustem Khamitov. “The Government supported me. Now a relevant decree is being prepared. I hope that both in Kumertau and in Belebey applications from entrepreneurs will be submitted".
